Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

Nomadiq will accept returns for items* that are returned within 21 days of the delivery date for return, exchange, or store credit. Returns received after 21 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. 

Once a return arrives at our warehouse, it can take us up to 3 business days to inspect and process it. We will notify you via email once your return has been completed. Please allow 3-5 business days for any refunds to be credited back to your original form of payment.

* We don't accept returns of final sale items. 

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• No odors or scents
• No rips or tears
• All tags attached
• No other signs of being worn

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Simply email us at support@shopnomadiq.com if you'd like to return or exchange a product, and we will send detailed instructions on where to send it back.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
